Under Victorian Liquour Licensing Laws it is illegal for Old Brewery Road to supply liquour to any person under the age of 18 and significant financial penalties apply. Similar penalties apply to any person supplying liquour bought by them to persons under the age of 18. Old Brewery Road reserves the right to refuse to supply liquor or wine tastings to any person who, when requested, is not able to provide proof of age.

It is also illegal for Old Brewery Road to provide tastings of wine to any intoxicated person and significant financial penalties apply. Any person who we believe is intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises and will not be sold liquour.

Persons under the age of 18 can only enter the Old Brewery Road Cellar Door & Farm Larder tasting room in the presence of a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.
