This vintage shows the distinctive crunchy pear flavours, minerality and crisp acid of the variety.   Grampians vignerons were amongst the first to introduce this variety into an Australian cool climate region, and often produce a more complex Pinot Gris style using oak.  This is more in the Italian style - crisp and fresh.

Perfect as a sunny weekend white to complement seafood, grilled white meats, and salads.
